Our RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) service in a comprensive and proactive system which can save you money, protect your IT assets and data, and in some cases bring you into compliance with your specific industry regulations. You decide which computers to add to our RMM system and we configure each installation for your unique needs.
Our RMM service can be configured to email you alerts for a large number of events icluding CPU and memory usage, free disk space, software changes, connection, antivirus, and service status, as well as Windows event log alerts. Custom script monitoring is also available. Alerts for Mac coming soon.
Our RMM service can also be used to update your Windows operating system and applications outside of business hours. No more downtime due to lengthy updates. Updates management for Mac is also coming soon and will be announced in our blog.
