Do you offer on-site and remote IT support?

Yes. We provide both on-site service for local businesses and remote support when it makes more sense. The goal is to solve the problem efficiently — not force a particular service model.


Do you work with small businesses only?

We primarily work with small to mid-size businesses, professional offices, and organizations that value reliability, privacy, and straight answers. We also support home based businesses.


Is my data safe when you work on my systems?

Yes. Data privacy is taken seriously. We do not retain customer data beyond what’s required to complete the work, and we never sell or share information.


What is Gina, and how does it fit into my business?

Gina is an AI business assistant designed to reduce friction, automate repetitive tasks, and help you stay organized. She’s customized to how your business actually works — not the other way around. Learn more here.


Do you replace in-house IT?

No. We complement existing staff or act as IT where none exists. The goal is reliability, not disruption.


Do you use contracts or long-term commitments?

No long-term contracts are required unless a customer specifically requests one.
